Safah is proud to offer Parfum with a high fragrance oil concentration of 35-40%, ensuring long-lasting and premium scent quality. Each of our perfumes is carefully handcrafted with top-quality ingredients to achieve higher standards.

While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 1 week of receiving it, provided the perfume has been used less than 5% of the total content. To initiate a return, contact us via Instagram or Facebook for the return address.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 15 days. Please note, each customer is allowed up to 2 returns within a 3-month period.

9. Using Perfumes Safely and Effectively
Our perfumes are crafted with a low alcohol concentration, along with added fixatives and aqua water to ensure longevity. To prevent staining, we recommend applying perfumes to hidden areas of the skin, such as behind the ears or wrists. In case of accidental contact with clothing, stains will fade over time, but the process may take a little while depending on the fabric.
